Good bye Nash, Hello Carter!
Rick Nash, the number one draft pick this year, was starting to complain about not seeing any ice time. GM Jut had him start the first three games and he only put up 1 point. Doan stepped up in Nash's place and has put up 4 points so far. GM Cory decided to drop Anson Carter, also complaining about a lack of playing time, and GM Jut was there to welcome Anson Carter! Carter has put up 8 points so far this season and will surely see his first game against the Sliders (Game 8).

David and Golaith!!!
The Spirit Cats took down the all mighty Crosscheckers in a big 13 to 8 win! This was thier second win in a row comming off a home game against the Lions and wining 8 to 6. The Crosscheckers were the only team still undefeated in the entire league, until they ran into the Spirit Cats. GM Jut comments:
"I am not sure if Allan's crew was over confident, but they came into the game not playing as well as they have and our club was fireing on all eight cylinders. Not only did we beat the only undefeated team, we also put up a club best 13 goals!"
GM Jut is sure not to let anyone forget, any time soon, what the Spirit Cats accomplished agaisnt the Crosscheckers. The Spirit Cats have headed out for the home of the Maddoggs, who have not had a good season at all. Let's hope that the Spirit Cats are not as overconfident as the Crosscheckers.
